Vista Cruise for the Concours Get your hands on a simple Vista-Cruise Throttle Lock for a Yamaha (NOT the Universal Vista-Cruise). This version is comprised to two semi-circles of high strength plastic with an anchor tab on one side. You will have to file down the flange on the throttle grip next to the switch housing to install it. There are a number of ways that you can anchor the Vista-Cruise to the switch housing. On my '87, I used the supplied metal bracket and a SHORT screw inserted into the bottom of the switch housing. The drawback to this method is the screw will loosen. On my '95, I used RTV Silicone to bond the Vista-Cruise to the side of the switch housing. The drawback to this method is you have to wait until the Silicone has completely cured before turning the throttle. Once installed the Vista-Cruise will look like an OEM part of the Concours.
